Fall Hosta Forum

Good Morning….
The hotel is already sold out. You can still book a room at Meadville or Erie. It is only 1/2 and hour drive from them. You are still welcome at the Friday night festivities.

We once again have four fabulous speakers, this year built around a Beatles theme:  Sgt. Pepper’s Happy Hosta Band.  Our speakers are all playing right into the theme as you’ll see on the brochure.
And OH, the amazing array of speakers and topics we have!!!  We have Chuck and Sue Anderson from Mason Hollow Hostas, we have Ted Hildebrandt from Coldwater Pond (who will show us grafting… and will be bringing an amazing array of hard to find woodies), we have Paul Zammitt back from Toronto Botanical Gardens (last time on a scale of one to four, you folks rated him a SIX!) and we have Hugo Phillips all the way from Belgium!
Furthermore, this year we are going to be able to give each of you a previously unreleased hosta – a yellow sport of H. ‘Sergeant Pepper’ that we are naming H. ‘Mr. Kite’ (if you know your Beatles songs, you’ll understand) AND we are still giving anyone who attends the Friday night festivities a $5 voucher to spend.
But wait, there’s more (as they say in the pocket fisherman commercials…), the hotel has actually LOWERED their room prices this year, so I would not snooze on that if I were you.
Spring is tip toeing in here in Western NY… as it is for most of our service area.  Before you get overwhelmed with the garden, I would jump on this registration and get ahead of yourself for once.  You don’t want to be “The Fool on the Hill”.
Cheers!
